Michael Higgins

Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, L3Harris

Michael Higgins has executive responsibility for the company’s global IT strategy, architecture, applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity posture. His career spans more than 25 years at L3Harris, including serving as CISO for more than a decade. Previously Michael was Senior Director of Communications Assurance, Chief Systems Engineer for the FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure Program (FTI) and Manager of Global Network Engineering. He serves on the boards of the Internet Security Alliance, RSAC ESAF, and the National Defense ISAC; and is a member of the NSA Enduring Security Framework, the Defense Industrial Base Sector Coordinating Council, and the AIA Cyber Security Committee.
